We are a community team, and we pride ourselves on making it possible for everyone to participate in this amazing event. Founded in 2019, Team MICH has been the top fundraising team in the MS Gong Ride for the past two years. In 2025 we aim to take our combined total in excess of $500,000.

Challenge yourself on either the 53km or 80km iconic courses from Sydney to Wollongong, riding through the closed road course in the Royal National Park and along the Sea Cliff Bridge. Experience the awe-inspiring scenery, the proud sense of achievement when you cross the finish line — and the strong sense of camaraderie you'll share with everyone taking part, all riding to fight multiple sclerosis.
